corporate coaching - how we work

• We meet to establish your values, vision and goals for organisation and who you feel would most benefit: 45 mins to hour.

• Meet with each manager and yourself (if necessary) to discuss process and way forward:  time subject to extent of your input.

• Candidate receives and fills in Discover Pack which they fill in at home email to me 24 hours before first session.

• First Discovery Session:  face to face in a private office on candidate's site - 1 and 1/2 hours.

• Second Discovery Session: as above.

• Follow up coaching:  over three subsequent months ... 3 x 40 - 45 minute coaching calls per month with unlimited access in between by text, brief calls or email.
